For accounting & bookkeeping firms
Your chart of accounts, your letter style, your review rules. Live in 2 weeks, built by an engineer who has closed books.
The problem
Staff paste client numbers into ChatGPT to write variance notes or chase documents. It saves time, but every person does it differently, there are no firm rules for client data, and nobody checks the output the same way twice.
A free AI tool doesn't know your chart of accounts, your materiality limits or how your partners like client letters written. That's the part I set up.
Step 1
$500 one time
Done once for your firm. Every workflow you add builds on it.
Step 2
Each one is set up for your firm and tested on anonymised files before your team uses it.
Flags miscodings, duplicates, missing entries and odd balances before close, ranked by severity.
Turns month-on-month changes into short, client-ready notes in your firm's tone.
Writes up unreconciled items, their age and their status, so the reviewer sees the full story.
Drafts the client request list from open items: missing receipts, unknown deposits, unclear payees.
$1,500 one time
Base setup plus any 3 workflows. About $300 less than buying them one by one.
Book a free audit$250 / month
Optional. Updates when Claude or QuickBooks change, small tweaks to your workflows, and fixes. Cancel any month.
How it works
We walk through your close and pick the workflows that take the most staff time.
Fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts.
Built and tested on anonymised files, then a live session with your team. Done in 2 weeks.
Your team uses it on a real close. Anything that needs adjusting, I fix.
Next level
Claude Setup drafts the work when your team asks. An agent runs the same workflows on a schedule, then hands everything to a staff member to approve.
Example: a month-end agent
Priced per project after your audit, because every firm's tools and clients are different. Ask about it in your audit
FAQ
Not by default. Anthropic's policy is that inputs and outputs from its commercial products, including Claude's business plans, are not used to train its models. The exception is feedback: if staff use the thumbs up/down buttons, that conversation can be used. I show you how to turn feedback off in your organisation settings as part of the setup.
Yes. Everything runs on your firm's own Claude business plan and seats, so your firm owns the account, the workflows and the data. I don't resell seats or hold your data.
Every workflow is built as a draft for your team, never a final answer. A staff member reviews and approves before anything reaches a client or the books. The review step is part of the setup, not an extra.
No. The workflows run on reports and exports your team already pulls. I build and test on anonymised samples.
You do. They live in your Claude account. The care plan is optional and you can cancel it any month.
